Boomerang Beach is the surfier choice in the chain of beaches south of Forster. It is less protected than Elizabeth Beach, and the attraction here is the open-ocean feel as much as the swimming.
Check conditions before going in. On a good day it is a handsome beach for a walk even if you never touch the water.
