Malabar Hill gives a high, clean look over the island without the all-day commitment of Mount Gower. The walk starts near Ned's Beach and climbs through palms to cliffs where seabirds nest and the lagoon, settlement, and southern mountains line up in one view. Continue toward Kim's Lookout if you want the longer northern circuit.
