Ben's Walk is the easiest way to turn Nowra's river setting into an actual outing. The loop follows the Shoalhaven River through pockets of forest and rock, with Hanging Rock giving the quick elevated view near the showground.
Allow about two hours for the full walk, or make a shorter visit to the lookout if you are passing through.
