Mikkira Station is a private property south of Port Lincoln, known for koalas in old manna gums. It is not a zoo: the appeal is the quiet station setting, the big trees, and the chance to see koalas in a landscape that still feels rural.
Check access before driving out, as opening arrangements can change. It combines well with Fishery Bay or Whalers Way if you are spending a day south of town.
