Whalers Way is a private coastal route south of Port Lincoln, usually visited by permit from town. The drive is rough in places but gives access to some of the Eyre Peninsula's most dramatic accessible coast: cliff edges, rock pools, crevasses, caves, blowholes, islands, and seal-haunted ledges.
Allow time rather than treating it as a quick lookout. Wind can be fierce, the ocean is heavy, and the scenery is best when you can get out of the car and walk carefully to the viewpoints.
