Triplet Falls sits deeper in the Otways and rewards travellers who are willing to leave the coast for a proper forest loop. The falls are not always thunderous, but the track through ferns and tall wet forest is the real attraction.
It works well with Hopetoun Falls or the redwoods if you have time for an inland circuit. Do not underestimate the slow roads; packing too many Otway detours into one day can turn a beautiful drive into a schedule.
