Viewing Rock is a simple, satisfying lookout above Heathcote. The walk is short but uphill, and the reward is a broad view over the town, the wine country, and the dry forested ridges around it.
It pairs well with Pink Cliffs Reserve because both are close to town and together give Heathcote more shape than the main street alone.
