The Earl of Spencer

A heritage pub in a Victorian building on the corner of Spencer Place and Stirling Terrace, the Earl is the kind of old-school Albany local that the town does well. A good selection of Western Australian beers on tap, a wine list that leans into Great Southern bottles, and a kitchen that turns out reliable food make it a reliable stop. The front bar fills with regulars most evenings; the courtyard out back is better for a quieter drink.
