Collie Railway Station is a rebuilt heritage hub on Throssell Street, close to the old rail precinct that once served the coalfields. Inside are railway displays, a model railway, and local volunteers who know the town's rail stories.
It is a modest stop, but a useful one. Together with the nearby footbridge and rail precinct, it explains how Collie's coal moved from inland mine country toward the coast.
