Wellington Dam Lookout gives the best view of Reflections, Guido van Helten's vast mural across the dam wall. The work uses local community photographs and memories from the Collie River Valley, so it lands better than a decorative photo stop.
The lookout also gives a fine view over the dam backwaters and the gorge below. It is the one Collie sight that feels genuinely surprising even if you have only come for a quick detour.
