Redbank Bridge is a quick roadside stop on the approach to town. From here you can look across the salt-extraction lagoons and, with luck, see the long ore trains moving toward the port.
It is a short stop, not a destination in itself, but it captures Port Hedland's strange mix of salt, red earth, rail, and heavy industry better than many formal viewpoints.
