One of Taupo's most popular evening venues, with a deck overlooking the lake and a wide range of New Zealand craft beers and wines. The views are the main draw — on a clear evening, the Tongariro peaks are visible on the southern horizon, silhouetted against the last light.
The bar gets busy after 9pm and can be crowded at weekends in summer. It serves food until late and is relaxed enough during the day for an afternoon drink after a morning at Huka Falls or on the lake.
