Terrace Walk is an easy forest track close to Franz Josef village. The walk takes about 30 minutes return and is a useful low-effort option when weather or time rules out longer glacier-area tracks.
At night, glow worms can sometimes be seen along the path. Carry a light and avoid shining it directly on them.
