Weitental is the green valley recreation area just outside Bruck. Paths climb through the woods and along the slopes, with routes that can be as simple as a local stroll or as energetic as a hike toward Schweizeben.
It is the right add-on if the old town feels too quick. In warm weather, the shade and water make it a pleasant contrast to the stone square and railway-town bustle below.
