Kaylaka Park is Pleven's outdoor escape, a long green area south of the city with limestone cliffs, reservoirs, paths, picnic spots, and the ruins of Storgosia fortress. It is popular with locals, but large enough to feel like a proper change of scene.
Come here when you want Pleven to stop being only about battle history. The park is also useful in summer, when shade and water matter.
