Liberec's Regional Gallery occupies a handsome former spa building, which already makes it worth a look from the street. Inside, it gives the city a serious art stop beside the larger North Bohemian Museum.
Use it as part of a slow cultural walk up Masarykova street rather than as an isolated destination.
