Kondas Centre is Viljandi's small, distinctive art stop, named for the naive painter Paul Kondas. It focuses on outsider and non-academic art, which makes it a better fit for Viljandi's folk-and-crafts identity than a formal gallery would be.
It is close to the castle hills, so it works well as a short indoor break during a walk through the old centre.
