Tornitalo is a simple viewpoint over Raahe and the low archipelago off the coast. The view helps make sense of the town's relationship with the sea: the old wooden centre behind you, the harbour and islands ahead, and the flat Ostrobothnian coastline stretching away.
It is not a long visit, but it is a useful first or last stop in Raahe if the weather is clear. The building also has a restaurant, though the reason to come is the outlook.
