An underground theme park built inside a natural cave on the Arctic Circle, billed as the official cave of Santa Claus. The complex includes an elf training school, gingerbread bakery, ice gallery, and various winter-themed experiences. It operates in winter only (typically November through January), with the peak around Christmas.
The cave setting is genuinely unusual — entering underground into a Christmas-themed grotto in the Arctic Circle creates an atmosphere that no surface-level theme park can quite replicate. Combined tickets with Santa Claus Village next door are available and usually save money. If you are visiting with children, plan at least half a day; if you are an adult without children, an hour is probably enough. Book in advance during December, when Finnish families and international tourists fill every time slot.
