The Sami Bridge carries the E75 over the Teno River from Utsjoki to Norway. It is a simple road bridge rather than a monument, but the position is memorable: Finland on one bank, Norway on the other, and the wide Arctic river moving below.
Walk across for the view upstream and downstream, especially in low evening light. The bridge also makes the border feel unusually casual; you can step between two countries in a few minutes.
