Peillon-Sainte-Thècle Walk

The walk from Peillon-Sainte-Thècle station to the old village turns a simple train trip into a proper hill-country arrival. The station is in the valley below, and the route climbs roughly 200 metres through road bends and forest paths before the village appears above you.

Treat it as a walk, not a transfer. Wear shoes with grip, carry water in warm weather, and check train times before setting off. The downhill version takes less effort and is the better choice if you are unsure about the climb.
