The ice canal at the DKB-Ski-Arena is open to the public for toboggan runs throughout the winter season. No experience is needed and all equipment — including the toboggan itself — is hired on site. It is one of the more accessible winter thrills in the area and popular with families. The ice canal is the same type of purpose-built track used for luge and skeleton training, so the run is fast and properly icy.
