The Ráckeve water mill is a reconstructed boat mill moored by the western shore of the Danube branch. Mills like this once worked the river current directly, turning grain without needing a fixed weir or millrace.
It is a small technical sight, but a good one: easy to combine with the church and old centre, and a useful reminder that the Danube here was a working river long before it became a leisure landscape.
