A flat-topped limestone hill rising 327 metres directly above the coast west of Sligo town, crowned by the great Neolithic cairn of Miosgán Medb (Medb's Cairn). The climb from the car park at Strandhill takes about 45 minutes up a well-worn track, with views over Sligo Bay, Ben Bulben, and on a clear day the whole northern coast.
Walkers are asked not to climb on the cairn itself. The summit is exposed and the weather changes fast — bring layers and waterproofs even in summer.
