Next2 is one of the more serious restaurants in Positano — a cut above the tourist traps that line the main steps. The kitchen focuses on Campanian ingredients treated with a light hand: fresh buffalo mozzarella, local anchovies, grilled fish from the day's catch. The terrace has views over the rooftops toward the sea.
Reservations are recommended in summer. The wine list leans into southern Italian producers, with a good selection of Fiano di Avellino and Aglianico. Prices are high by Italian standards but reasonable for what you get.
