Cannubi is the vineyard name you will hear again and again in Barolo. The ridge sits just outside the village, where the soils and exposures meet in a way that has made the name one of the most prized on a label.
You do not need a formal tour to appreciate it. Walk or drive the lane below the vines, look back toward Barolo and La Morra, and the abstract talk of crus becomes much easier to understand.
