Corkscrew Museum

Small specialist museum with hundreds of corkscrews beside Barolo Castle

The Corkscrew Museum is exactly what it says: a small, obsessive collection of corkscrews in a former wine cellar near the castle. The fun is in the variation, from practical old cellar tools to elaborate devices made when opening wine became a little performance.

It is not the reason to come to Barolo, but it is a good half-hour addition if you are already in the village and want something lighter between tastings.
