Kreklingen is the easy local walk above Balestrand, starting near the school and sports hall. The trail climbs through forest and open ground to viewpoints over the village and Sognefjord.
It is a good choice when you want the fjord view without committing to a long mountain hike. In clear weather, the short climb pays back quickly.
