Exploseum occupies part of the former DAG Fabrik Bromberg complex, a vast wartime explosives factory built in the forest southeast of Bydgoszcz. The museum route passes through industrial buildings, tunnels, and displays on forced labour, military technology, and the machinery of a city at war.
It is darker and more demanding than the central museums, but also one of the most distinctive sights in Bydgoszcz. It sits well outside the old centre, so check transport and opening times before you go.
