Pszczyna's Rynek is a small, well-kept market square ringed by colourful townhouses. It lacks the grandeur of Kraków or Wrocław, but that is rather the point — this is an everyday small-town square where people actually use the cafes and benches. The 18th-century town hall stands at the centre. It is a good place to start a walk before heading to the palace, and easy to find your bearings from.
