The local museum gives the tower its context. Exhibits cover the Demidov ironworks, early factory life, local archaeology, and Nevyansk icon painting, with the leaning tower treated as the centrepiece of the town's story.
It is a practical stop before or after climbing the tower. Without it, Nevyansk risks feeling like a single-photo destination; with it, the town's industrial past becomes much easier to read.
