The Grand Terrace is Palić's grandest lakeside building, opened in 1912 as a multipurpose social centre for the resort. Its broad terraces, timber ornament, and ballroom scale show how ambitious the spa town was at its peak.
It pairs naturally with the nearby Music Pavilion and memorial fountain. Together they make the most coherent stretch of the Palić promenade.
