Picasso's Head of a Woman stands in Picassoparken by the Nissan River, a tall concrete sculpture based on Picasso's cut-paper experiments and installed with the help of Norwegian artist Carl Nesjar.
It is a quick stop, but an important one. Halmstad leans harder into public art than many Swedish coastal towns, and this is the work that makes that claim visible.
