Skurugata is a rocky ravine in the forest northeast of Eksjö. It gives the town a wilder counterpoint: narrow stone walls, uneven footing, and a climb toward Skuruhatt for a broad view over Småland.
Wear shoes that can handle rocks and mud. The walk is short enough for a half-day outing, but it feels much less tame than the old town streets.
