Cotswold Wildlife Park sits in landscaped grounds around Bradwell Grove, two miles south of Burford. It has a large animal collection, from rhinos and giraffes to lemurs, reptiles, penguins, and big cats, with lawns and gardens that make it feel less cramped than many zoos.
It is the obvious family stop near Burford, but it is not only for children. The gardens, old trees, and open parkland make it a pleasant half-day even if you are only mildly interested in the animal collection.
