Cotswold Water Park is a wide area of lakes formed from former gravel pits between Cirencester and Swindon. It is not a theme park, but a spread-out landscape of water, paths, wildlife areas, and activity centres.
Come for sailing, paddling, birdwatching, cycling, or an easy lakeside walk. Because the park covers a large area, it is worth choosing a lake or activity before setting out rather than just arriving and hoping the best bit is obvious.
