Tetbury's Market House was built in 1665 and still gives the town centre its shape. The open arcades below and timbered upper floor make it easy to imagine the wool and yarn markets that once paid for much of Tetbury's prosperity.
Use it as the start of a walk through the town. The streets around it are lined with antique shops, cafes, and old stone houses that reward slow wandering more than checklist sightseeing.
