Aberporth's beaches are really two adjacent sandy coves below the village: Traeth y Dyffryn and Traeth Dolwen. They are sheltered by cliffs, easy to reach, and good for swimming when conditions are calm.
At low tide the rock pools are part of the fun. Keep an eye on the bay as well; bottlenose dolphins are regularly seen off this stretch of coast.
