Internal Fire is a specialist museum devoted to engines and power machinery, from early internal-combustion engines to larger industrial equipment. It is not a general family attraction, but mechanically minded visitors may find it far more memorable than another beach cafe.
The museum is inland at Tanygroes, so it works best by car or as a wet-weather detour from the coast.
