Inglewood Bird Sanctuary is a 32-hectare wildlife reserve beside the Bow River. More than 2 km of walking trails pass through riverbank habitat, quiet ponds, and wooded areas used by resident and migrating birds.
It is one of Calgary's easiest nature escapes from the inner city. Bring binoculars if you have them, and check current opening details for the Nature Centre before relying on indoor facilities.
