Scotsman's Hill is a high riverbank viewpoint above the Calgary Stampede grounds. The view is especially popular during Stampede week, when people gather after the evening chuckwagon races and stage show to watch the fireworks for free.
Outside Stampede, it is still a useful lookout over the city centre and the Elbow River valley. Parking in the nearby residential streets is limited, so it is usually easier to walk in from a little farther away.
