Kitty Coleman Provincial Park is a low-key coastal park north of Courtenay, with forest, shoreline, and views across the Strait of Georgia. It is not a heavily built-up attraction, which is part of its appeal.
Bring picnic supplies, tide awareness, and realistic expectations: this is a place for beachcombing, camping, and slow coastal time. It works best by car as part of a Comox Valley nature day.
