Most visitors arrive by BC Ferries from Horseshoe Bay in West Vancouver to the Langdale terminal, about 5 km north-east of Gibsons. The crossing takes about 40 minutes, and buses connect the ferry terminal with Gibsons, Sechelt, and the rest of the lower Sunshine Coast.
