Kaslo Jazz Etc is the village's big summer moment, held around the August long weekend at Kaslo Bay Park. The setting is the reason it sticks in memory: music from a floating stage, the lake behind it, and mountains closing the horizon.
Outside festival dates, Kaslo Bay is still worth a look as the village's beach and waterfront park.
