Murrin Provincial Park is a compact day-use park near Britannia Beach with warmish Browning Lake, short trails, and granite climbing walls. It is small enough for a quick stop but varied enough to justify a half day if you want to swim, scramble, or climb.
The loop trail climbs above the lake to viewpoints over Howe Sound and the Tantalus Range. It is short, but the roots and rock make it more rugged than the distance suggests.
