A relaxed bistro in the downtown core that takes local sourcing seriously — most of the produce comes from farms in the Kootenay valley, and the menu changes with the seasons. The cooking is confident without being precious: roasted chicken thighs, hand-cut pasta, good charcuterie boards. The room is warm and unpretentious, with exposed brick and high ceilings typical of the heritage buildings on this block.
Reservations recommended on weekends.
