The Fraser River Discovery Centre is a small, hands-on museum beside the New Westminster waterfront. Its exhibits explain the river as a working waterway, an ecosystem, and a force that has shaped settlement, industry, and Indigenous life across British Columbia.
It is especially good with children, with videos and interactive displays that make the subject easier to grasp than a normal local history museum. Combine it with the quay, River Market, and a walk along the waterfront.
