King's Landing is an open-air history village west of Fredericton, with restored buildings, interpreters, farm animals, workshops, and domestic scenes from nineteenth- century New Brunswick. It is carefully staged, but at its best it feels active rather than static.
The village is a strong family stop and also useful for adults who want to understand Loyalist and rural settler life in the province. Allow more time than you think; the appeal is in conversations, demonstrations, and small details rather than a single centerpiece.
