La Bloc Beach is a west-facing beach in Cape Breton Highlands National Park, close enough to Cheticamp to make an easy coastal stop. The water is a little warmer than on the Atlantic side of the park, and the open view makes it a good place to pause near sunset.
It is a simple beach rather than a full-day attraction, but it works well with the nearby park trails and the Cabot Trail drive.
