GO Transit Lakeshore West trains run from Toronto's Union Station to Burlington GO and Aldershot GO every 30 minutes on weekdays and roughly hourly on weekends, taking about an hour from downtown Toronto. VIA Rail's Corridor trains call at Aldershot Station for services to Toronto, Niagara Falls and London. By car, the QEW is the obvious route from any direction; allow extra time during the morning and afternoon Toronto-bound rush hours.
